Withdrawal Policy
for Gamez Ramos Evolutions TCG (B2B Shop)
Effective Date: September 22, 2025
- No Right of Withdrawal for Our Customers (B2B or B2C via SparkLeaf Gold)
Orders placed through our B2B shop are exclusively intended for business customers (B2B) or non-business customers (B2C) who participate via the free SparkLeaf Gold Membership.
For these orders, no statutory right of withdrawal applies.
- Binding Nature of Orders
Once an order request is confirmed by us (via email or invoice), the order becomes legally binding.

B2B customers: Withdrawal is generally excluded and only possible before payment, provided there are price discrepancies for individual items at the time of invoicing.

B2C customers: An order can only be canceled before payment has been made.
Once payment has been received, no cancellation or return is possible.
After payment has been received, cancellations or returns are excluded in all cases.
- No Returns or Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are strictly excluded, particularly in the following cases:
- Opened or used goods
- Damaged original packaging
- Price changes after the order due to market fluctuations
- Late payments resulting in price or quantity adjustments
- Exceptions as a Gesture of Goodwill
In individual cases, we may voluntarily and without legal obligation accept returns or partial cancellations as a gesture of goodwill.
- Any refund will be issued minus payment and handling fees.
- There is no legal entitlement to goodwill measures.
- Refunds for Cancellations by the Seller
If Gamez Ramos Evolutions TCG cancels an order (e.g., due to late payment or unavailability of goods), the amount already paid will be refunded minus any applicable costs, using the same payment method.
All associated fees are borne by the buyer.
- Relationship to the General Terms and Conditions (T&C)
This withdrawal policy is an integral part of the purchase contract and complements the General Terms and Conditions (T&C).
In the event of any conflict, the T&C shall take precedence.
