Withdrawal Policy
for Gamez Ramos Evolutions TCG (SparkLeaf TCG B2B)
Effective Date: 22 June, 2026
This Cancellation & Return Policy applies to all orders placed through the B2B Shop of Gamez Ramos Evolutions TCG (SparkLeaf TCG B2B).
It supplements our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and forms an integral part of the purchase agreement.
In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the GTC, the GTC shall prevail.
1. No Right of Withdrawal
The B2B Shop is primarily intended for business customers (B2B). Private customers (B2C) may place orders exclusively through the paid SparkLeaf Gold Membership.
No contractual right of withdrawal applies to orders placed through the B2B Shop, whether by B2B customers or by B2C customers using the SparkLeaf Gold Membership.
A withdrawal, cancellation, return, or refund is only possible in the exceptional cases expressly stated in our GTC.
2. Contract Formation, Binding Orders & Cancellations
By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase.
The contract is only concluded upon our written acceptance through the issuance of an invoice.
For B2B customers, an order is considered binding immediately upon submission and may not be withdrawn or cancelled by the customer, even before the contract has been concluded.
Once the contract has been concluded, the order becomes binding and payment is due.
B2B customers are generally not entitled to cancel or withdraw from an order.
B2C customers using the SparkLeaf Gold Membership may only cancel an order before payment has been received.
Once payment has been received, cancellations are generally excluded.
Exceptions apply exclusively in the following cases:
- Price discrepancies between the order and the invoice
- Procurement or delivery of the products is not possible
- Other exceptions expressly stated in the GTC
3. No Returns or Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are generally excluded.
This applies in particular to:
- Opened or used products
- Damaged original packaging
- Price changes resulting from market developments
- Late payments resulting in price or quantity adjustments
- Expectations regarding collectible value, market value, card contents, or pull rates
We do not guarantee specific card contents, pull rates, card values, collectible values, or future market prices.
4. Goodwill Exceptions
In individual cases, we may voluntarily accept returns, exchanges, or partial cancellations as a gesture of goodwill and without any legal obligation to do so.
Any refund granted in such cases may be reduced by applicable payment processing fees, handling fees, shipping costs, and transaction fees.
Customers have no legal entitlement to a goodwill solution.
5. Refunds for Seller-Initiated Cancellations
If an order must be cancelled by us due to product unavailability, allocation restrictions, procurement issues, or similar circumstances, any amount already paid for the affected products will be refunded in full.
Where legally permissible and where actual costs have been incurred, payment processing fees, handling fees, or transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds will generally be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original payment.
6. Relationship with the General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
This Cancellation & Return Policy supplements the General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
For all matters relating to contract formation, cancellations, returns, liability, and refunds, the current version of the GTC of Gamez Ramos Evolutions TCG (SparkLeaf TCG B2B) shall also apply.
