Shipping Policy

for Gamez Ramos Evolutions TCG (B2B Shop)

Effective Date: September 22, 2025

  1. General Information

This shipping policy applies to all orders placed through our B2B shop.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our General Terms and Conditions (T&C) also apply and form an integral part of this policy.
In case of discrepancies, the T&C shall take precedence.

  1. Shipping Costs

All shipping costs are borne exclusively by the buyer.

The shipping costs displayed at checkout are preliminary and may differ from the actual costs.
The final shipping costs will be listed separately on the invoice after the order has been processed.

  1. Shipping Partners
  • Switzerland: Swiss Post
  • International: Swiss Post in cooperation with local postal services or FedEx
  1. Shipping Process & Delivery Times

Shipping will take place only after full payment has been received.

Estimated delivery times by product category:

  • Japanese TCG products ≥ 3,000 CHF/EUR/USD: approx. 4–6 business days after payment (starting from the shipping date, excluding pre-order items).
  • Japanese TCG products < 3,000 CHF/EUR/USD: up to 15–20 business days, rarely longer (excluding pre-order items).
  • All other products, including acrylic cases, accessories, Pokémon (Korean, Chinese), as well as DE/EN Pokémon products: approx. 15–30 business days, rarely longer.
  • Japanese TCG pre-order items: shipping approx. 3–7 business days after the official release date.

In rare cases, delivery may take up to 2 months.
If, after this period, delivery is not foreseeable, the customer may withdraw from the contract and will receive a full refund.
If the goods are expected to arrive shortly after the 2-month period, the customer must wait for this additional timeframe.

Partial shipments of in-stock items are available upon request and will incur additional shipping costs.

Delivery within 1–2 days is not possible.

  1. Tracking Information

All shipments include a tracking number, which will be provided to the buyer electronically once the order has been shipped.

  1. Transport Insurance

Transport insurance will only be provided upon explicit request and at the buyer’s expense.

  • Once the goods are handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer, unless insurance has been arranged.
  • For insured shipments, we assist the buyer with the claim process against the shipping carrier.
  • Without insurance, all claims for damages are excluded.
  1. Customs & Import Duties

All import costs (customs duties, VAT, additional fees) are borne exclusively by the buyer.
These costs are not included in the product or shipping price.

For special orders (e.g., exclusively DE/EN products), a CHF 30 handling fee may apply if the total order value is below 1,000 CHF/EUR/USD.

  1. Disclaimer of Liability

Gamez Ramos Evolutions TCG assumes no liability for delivery delays or shipping damages beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Strikes
  • Natural events
  • Customs delays
  • Problems with the shipping carrier
